Jan Swartz is a founder of The Goodness Web (TGW), an innovative foundation focused on advancing progress in youth mental health. TGW’s goal is to draw hundreds of donor families together to drive progress, in a model that combines social impact philanthropy and a community movement. In three years, the foundation has raised ~$20M.  

Jan recently stepped down after a quarter-century of leadership at Carnival Corporation &  plc, one of the world’s largest leisure travel companies, where she served in many executive leadership roles including as the Executive Vice President, Strategic Operations for Carnival Corporation, as the President of Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn and P&O Australia among her many leadership roles.

This WITH event will feature a fireside chat with Jan moderated by Dr. Celine Coggins, as Jan describes her leadership journey over a pioneering career as an executive of a Fortune 500 and Fortune's World's Most Admired Companies (2025), Board Director, founder of Not For Profit, Mom and Wife.  She will share more about the model of collective philanthropy she is creating in The Goodness Web and ways for WITH members to get involved.
