In this month's legal update, Chris Dodson and Lisa Ferrari will discuss the current guidance from regulators and the courts on copyright and other AI-related issues. Although much of the AI litigation is still in its early stages, the speakers will cover the current litigation landscape and provide insight on how in-house counsel should advise their businesses to comply with this guidance.
