WEBINAR: 2025 Compensation and Workplace Trends for In-House Legal Professionals (On Demand Webcast)

Uncertainty and a lack of reliable data often complicate compensation decisions for in-house legal professionals. Many existing resources fail to provide a complete picture, leaving professionals and organizations without the trusted benchmarks needed to make informed decisions.

To address this gap, ACC and Empsight International, LLC conduct an annual compensation survey of in-house legal professionals across the United States, with this year's receiving 1,632 responses. This 2025 Law Department Compensation Survey – Executive Summary report offers detailed breakdowns of base salaries, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and total compensation for 29 in-house legal job titles, covering professionals within a diverse range of industries and organization sizes.

The report's value extends beyond the compensation data, also providing essential context on perquisites, workplace policies, key trends, job satisfaction, and the skills that drive success in today's legal departments.

The full benchmarking results can also be purchased on acc.com/compensation.
