ACC MexicoAnyone who has the responsibility to lead a team, knows that a leader’s performance is measured by a simple and direct parameter: results.
To have technical skills or knowledge, experience or many years doing a job, it’s totally different to have the capacity to exert effective leadership. To accomplish this, there is a need to develop specific skills and attitudes that can assure an adequate fulfillment of goals and the establishment of a productive working environment.
