Building a Culture of Professional Development

The session will provide opportunities for experienced leaders to learn new information about professional development. The panel discussion will focus on specific professional development initiatives that can be implemented to increase department effectiveness, including positive impacts on succession planning, retention, engagement, and overall culture. Panel discussion will be followed by breakout groups where participants will work together to develop tools to take away and use within their organizations.
