Overview (Program Summary)
Being curious, having fun, creating, and reaching for new outcomes help leverage the progress in technology and innovation in our transformative times. Worry is, however, often the most consistent companion of change and can blur a leader's vision and undermine confidence. This session will help in-house counsel connect with positive energy about change, differentiate between risk and fear, and engage with their authentic leadership for innovation and effective collaborations. We will discuss the role of curiosity in these processes. Participants will leave the session empowered, energized, and more prepared for navigating change.
