Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Charlotte

In an era of shifting business priorities and evolving workplace models, reductions in force (RIFs) require strategic planning and rigorous legal compliance. This session provides a practical roadmap for organizations preparing for or implementing a RIF. The program will address structuring, execution, and communication in a way that advances business objectives while mitigating litigation and risk.

This session will walk through the full lifecycle of a reduction in force. Finally, the program will cover best practices for drafting and implementing releases, and attendees will leave with a clear understanding of employer obligations under federal and state laws.

Parking at Culinary Dropout: The restaurant validates parking for up to two hours in the Vantage Parking Garage. You may access the garage from entrances on West Catherine Street or Winnifred Street. Please bring your parking ticket inside for validation.

All registration links are located in our weekly email.
