ACC Alberta

**Women In-House Session**

Join ACC Alberta and Lawson Lundell on Wednesday, October 23, where we will discuss how to navigate difficult conversations effectively and with confidence so that conflict can serve as a catalyst for growth.

Many of us shy away from disagreements, not just to "keep the peace" or maintain relationships with co-workers, but also out of fear of being perceived as confrontational or difficult.

Consultant and coach, Sheizana Murji, will offer practical strategies to navigate difficult conversations and adapt to different communication styles so that you can unlock the potential within your toughest conversations! The conflict you’re avoiding could actually be the key to greater success.
