Overview (Program Summary)

The presentation will begin with an overview of the federal laws requiring reasonable accommodations, including leaves of absence, and discuss the interactive process analysis employers should undergo as well as logistics, documentation requirements and limitations, and related requirements.  Next, the speakers will discuss best practices and guidance on managing complex leaves of absence issues, such as situations involving individuals who are unable to return to work after extended leave.
