Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC NortheastWe are pleased and excited to announce a special FIVE-part leadership development series available for ACC Northeast members. Sessions will consist of TWO in-person and THREE virtual sessions focusing on relevant topics in leadership, including but not limited to:
- Influencing skills;
- Strategic agility;
- Decision making and execution
- Team building and change management
- Leading in a global environment, and;
- Diversity, equity and inclusion.
Sessions will run from mid-June through mid-September, and are targeted at new managers, aspiring managers, and those who are new to in-house practice. Additional sessions will be held on:
- July 11, 2023 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (virtual)
- July 18, 2023 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (virtual)
- Sept.14, 2023 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (in-person in Burlington, MA)
