Zoom Webinar
Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC NortheastAs the global pandemic swept across our nation, many employers pivoted away from in-person work and mandatory attendance policies to allow their employees to work remotely in the face of many unknowns. Now, as government safety recommendations concerning COVID are relaxed and lifted, employers are navigating choices around whether they should mandate a full-time return to the office, allow a fully remote workforce, or adopt a hybrid approach.
Join ACC Northeast and Shook, Hardy & Bacon as our panel, made up of in-house counsel from diverse industries along with lawyers from the Firm, explore some of the employment law issues surrounding these choices, as well as the risks and opportunities presented by this seismic shift in the way we work and live. The panel will address these hot-button employment issues and share their experiences/challenges, as we all continue to adapt to this evolving landscape.
