The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s annual Corporate Equality Index is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) employees.

From 2002 to today, America’s largest and most successful businesses have moved to implement inclusive workplace policies, practices and benefits to best attract, retain and engage LGBTQ talent and to access the lucrative LGBTQ marketplace.

This session builds the robust business case for inclusion while tracing the history and impact of the CEI.
