ACC ChicagoJoin us for an overview of Illinois and federal laws surrounding best practices in hiring decisions related to criminal background checks, credit checks, drug testing, salary history and use of social media information. In addition, we will discuss pitfalls employers often face in hiring as well as when and how they can use available information in a way that follows current laws.
