Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC Greater PhiladelphiaThe COVID vaccine is expected to become available to more of the workforce in the coming months. Employers are facing an array of issues to consider when implementing vaccination-related policies. Although mandatory vaccination policies may be legal if worded properly, implementing such policies can prove challenging, at least in the near term. In this webinar, our panelists will discuss relevant factors that employers may want to consider when implementing vaccination policies, such as whether they should be voluntary, mandatory, or some hybrid of both, as well as maintaining employee morale, handling enforcement issues, and managing accommodation requests. This webinar will also cover practical issues regarding distribution of the vaccine, the administrative burden of implementing a new policy, and the costs associated with vaccinating employees.
