Workplace bullying and harassment is on the rise, regardless of where employees are working. Employers have legal obligations to provide a safe, healthy workplace - one that's free from bullying, harassment and discrimination.
Serious workplace bullying claims are also on the increase, according to Safe Work Australia, there were over 1815 work related harassment and/or bullying claims in 2016-2017.
