Managing Mental Health-Related Issues in the Workplace, Sponsored by Ogletree Deakins

This program will address the legal and practical issues and concerns surrounding mental health related issues and their impact on the workplace.  During the pandemic, the frequency of mental health related requests for accommodation and employee concerns tied to burnout and anxiety have exponentially expanded.  In this program, we will discuss the relevant laws, including federal and state disability laws, as well as best practices for the common issues that arise surrounding workplace mental health challenges.
