Please join Taft employment attorneys Evan Priestle and Ivy Charneski for an update on new and ongoing developments including: emerging legal issues surrounding mandatory COVID-19 vaccination and mask policies, workplace atmosphere and culture in a post-pandemic, post-vaccine workplace, the legal issues that arise with maintaining a remote workforce, FMLA, ADA, and Safety in the Workplace, and Labor Law Updates for Non-Union Employers.

Speakers

Evan Priestle counsels and represents both public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His experience includes representing all manner of clients in lawsuits and administrative charges involving race, sex, age, and disability discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Evan has jury trial experience in both state and federal courts. He regularly counsels clients regarding employment agreements, severance agreements, employee handbooks, and litigation-avoidance strategy. 

Ivy Charneski is an attorney in the firm's Employment and Labor Relations practice group. Prior to joining Taft, Ivy served as a Taft Cincinnati summer associate in 2018 and 2019. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and her bachelor's degree in public policy from the University of Chicago.
