Speakers

Sean Lynch is an experienced lawyer, and the Director, Client Strategy and Outcomes for Ricoh Canada. He has a wide range of litigation, arbitration, competition, U.S. anti-trust and cross-border experience, both in his role as counsel and in review management. Sean works with clients to develop strategic analytics and AI-based solutions to address data and legal risk management in our data-heavy environment.

Jennifer Thompson, is the Head of Osler Works – Disputes, which houses Osler’s Discovery Management Services, along with many other innovative litigation solutions. Jennifer leads an experienced team of interdisciplinary discovery specialists who possess a broad range of legal, technology and management skills and experience. Jennifer and her team collaborate with clients and litigators at the outset of each litigation matter to strategically design customized discovery solutions for clients.

Tamara Porter is the Director, Business Development for Ricoh Canada. Tamara leads Ricoh eDiscovery’s business development efforts into in-house legal departments in multiple industries including Oil & Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications, Mining, Airlines and Construction. She has a depth of experience working with global and large national organizations to provide fulsome eDiscovery services for multi-year arbitrations, litigations, class actions, environmental and tax audits, investigations and Competition Bureau matters.
