Alex Grande assists clients with disputes involving breach of contract, equity claims, employment discrimination, and a range of business torts. Alex also represents clients in various labor and employment related disputes. She has represented employers in court and before state and federal agencies to resolve claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge.

Brit Merrill, Associate, Holland & Hart, SLC

Brit assists clients with the full range of federal statutory compliance, particularly Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). When disputes cannot be resolved through counseling and negotiation, Brit effectively advocates for clients in state and federal court and before administrative agencies.

Tina Pignatelli, Labor & Employment Counsel, Management & Training Corporation

Tina Pignatelli is the Labor & Employment Counsel for Management & Training Corporation, a multi-state employer operating Job Corps Centers on behalf of the Department of Labor, and private correctional facilities on behalf of both federal and state agencies. Prior to her work at MTC, Tina worked at Seyfarth Shaw in its Washington, DC office. Tina attended Washington and Lee University School of Law. She now resides with her family in Park City, Utah.
