With the COVID-19 vaccine finally here, many employers are justifiably eager to have their employees vaccinated. This seminar will provide guidance and facilitate legal and practical discussions to navigate employment-related issues created by the good news of the increasing availability of vaccinations, including:

•    Legal considerations relating to mandating, facilitating or encouraging vaccinations, such as:
-    Industry-related considerations
-    Obtaining employee buy-in for vaccinations, including discussion of “incentives”
-    Prohibitions and considerations relating to ADA compliance, Title VII protections for religious practices, and pre-screening questions
-    Requiring proof of vaccination and confidentiality
-    OSHA compliance and Safety program
•    Analytics and benchmarking trends among employers

CREDITS
1.5 CLE (This course has been approved by the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1.5 total CLE hours).

Pre-registration is required to participate in this program.

To receive Ohio CLE credit, participants will be required to complete a follow up questionnaire, which will ask for a security code given during the presentation, as well as fill out a short survey for feedback.
