Margo Wolf O'Donnell, Co-Chair of Labor & Employment Practice Group and Partner, Benesch – Margo has more than twenty-five years of experience defending employment law claims. She also acts as a business adviser to her clients, helping them to anticipate and prevent disputes. Margo has received many accolades for her work. She was named as one of the “Top 10 Women Employment Management Attorneys in Illinois” by Leading Lawyer.  Best Lawyers named Margo as one of fifteen “Women of Influence” in the legal profession nationwide. Margo holds an “AV Preeminent” Peer Rating by Martindale-Hubbell (the highest possible rating), and she serves as National Co-Chair of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law and leads Benesch’s B-Sharp group, which provides leadership training to women in-house counsel. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Yale University, magna cum laude, and received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Dorothy G. Capers, Executive Vice President and Group General Counsel, National Express Group – National Express is a publicly traded transportation company on the London stock exchange with subsidiaries in the U.K., Spain, Bahrain, Morocco, Germany and North America. Dorothy oversees a diverse legal team across the globe that supports the Company in the areas of corporate governance, finance, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, employment, labor, litigation, environmental, real estate and corporate contracts. Dorothy is a member of the Senior Executive Team reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining National Express in June of 2015, she was Associate General Counsel/Chief Litigation and Bankruptcy lead for U.S. Foods, Inc. Dorothy’s prior experience includes serving as Deputy Corporation Counsel with the City of Chicago and as Senior Counsel with Metra Railroad. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and her J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
