"Being the GC!" - A Virtual Discussion, Part II

Following up on the successful event we held in September, ACC Northeast Chapter President, Gemma Dreher (TD Bank) will host Danette Wineberg, former ACC Northeast Board Member, retired General Counsel at The Timberland Company and current Adjunct Professor at University of New Hampshire School of Law for a real time virtual discussion on Being the GC!  

Both will share their personal stories on working for decades in the legal industry, the many obstacles they faced/overcame as professionals balancing families and careers, and their thoughts/reflections on what makes an effective leader in today's multi-generational workplace.

• Changes in the industry over the years and the impact on the in-house legal industry today;
• Career Paths, either to GC or beyond, with a discussion on the most important skills to develop;
• Dialogue on favorite and least favorite aspects of the GC job;
• Future Challenges and how to develop the legal leaders of future.
