Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC San Francisco Bay Area

As the curve continues to flatten, employers are beginning to contemplate how and when to return to work.  What will the "New Normal" look like?  As employers consider how to reopen or expand current operations, they will need to deal with a host of new issues, including who can return to work, how to ensure social distancing, what needs to be done to protect the safety of employees and how to manage in such uncertain times.  We will also look at likely litigation that will flow from pandemic decisions, and how to reduce risk as we move forward.  This webinar will address these key issues, offer practical guidance, and highlight best practices for moving forward.

Michele Ballard Miller, Chair, West Coast Labor & Employment, Cozen O'Connor
