From e-discovery to contract management, lawyers are increasingly adopting tools that utilize artificial intelligence. This presentation will discuss ethical obligations that apply to the use of artificial intelligence in the legal profession and will propose some precautions that all lawyers, especially in-house counsel, can take in an effort to comply with those obligations.
