A graduate of Stanford, Harvard, and the California Institute of Integral Studies, Alan has traveled the world speaking to corporate and general audiences on the science of personal happiness and fulfillment—how to experience healthier relationships, thrive at the workplace, and live a life better aligned with one’s values.
