"DEI  in the workplace - One Year After the Supreme Court’s Affirmative Action Ruling"
Presented by Ogletree Deakins
1 ETHICS CREDIT

As we approach the one-year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision ending affirmative action in higher education, the scrutiny on employers’ diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs has not abated. A recent poll found that nearly three-fourths of corporate leaders plan to increase DEI programming in the next two years. Still, a smaller percentage expect to increase investments in DEI, and a third have expressed concerns that DEI programs unfairly advance some employees but not others. In this webinar, the speakers will examine the attacks on DEI since the SCOTUS decision, the current legal landscape and other practical tips and best practices for DEI programs in the workplace.

Speakers:

  • Janice Dubler, Shareholder, Ogletree Deakins
  • T. Scott Kelly, Shareholder, Ogletree Deakins
  • Kate Eisenmann, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.)
