Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Members of the Association of Corporate Counsel New York City Chapter will be held virtually, via Zoom Meeting on September 23, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. You will need to register to attend online here. We hope you will be able to join us, as this is an occasion to interact with the Chapter’s officers and directors, who will be available to answer your questions and discuss our chapter's activities.

If you are unable to be present, we urge you to complete the PROXY so that your vote may be recorded in accordance with your wishes. Please complete your proxy by close of business Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

The purposes of the meeting are to:  

• Elect Directors
• Elect Officers
• Receive the Association's Annual Report in accordance with the provisions of section 519 of the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law
• Transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting

The record date for the determination of the members entitled to notice of and to vote at such Annual Meeting or any adjournment thereof is Friday, August 30, 2024.
