DISCLOSURES
Our programs and events are made possible by the support of our sponsors and partners, and we will share your Name, Company and Email information with the program sponsor(s) for the purpose of allowing them to follow up on the content presented during the program and to provide you with information about their products and services.  If you do not wish to have the Chapter share your information with the program sponsor, you will not be able to register for or attend the program.

Our law firm-sponsored events are open to CO-ACC members, prospective CO-ACC members, and guests of the sponsoring firm. Membership ineligibility includes attorneys presently working in law firms. ACC membership is open to individuals who are engaged in the active practice of law employed by organizations in either the private or public sector, do not have regulatory, enforcement or policymaking responsibilities nor work in an institution with such authority, and do not hold themselves out to the public for the practice of law.

Impact of No-Shows: No-shows disrupt the program's dynamics, prevent other participants from benefiting fully, and may result in wasted resources. Additionally, they hinder our ability to accurately plan and manage future events. If for any reason you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our arrangements accordingly and offer your spot to another participant.

Join Troutman Sanders and fellow representatives from the Lex Mundi network of independent law firms as they discuss the use and impact of AI in the delivery of legal services across the globe.

Join Ogletree for a 1-Hour CLE* Webinar with Attorney Lucas J. Asper to discuss the FTC's recent law banning noncompetes.

*CLE Credits Pending

GCs and CLOs are invited to join us for our next GC/CLO Lunch Club at Davio's King of Prussia.   This discussion will focus on how to navigate office “politics” in the year 2024 with an upcoming presidential election and major geopolitical events.  Additionally, some companies have political action committees “PAC” that have “voluntary” fees – what are your views? Come prepared to participate in the group discussion!

There is no charge for GC/CLO chapter members to attend this luncheon, but pre-registration is required.
