Please join the ACC Georgia Marketing and Advertising Member Interest Group for a Trivia Night on Thursday, March 12 at Pour Taproom in Midtown. We will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with plenty of food, beverages, and questions that are not just focused on “green” advertising (but some that are).
Space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as you can.
The panel will provide a year-in-review of key litigation trends emerging from the DMV in 2025, with a focus on developments shaping the risk landscape for businesses operating in the region, and offering actionable takeaways for in-house counsel to incorporate into compliance, governance, and risk mitigation strategies in the year ahead.
Presented by Katie Gallagher and Cathy Hinger, Partners with Womble Bond Dickinson, along with Rebecca Anzidei, Assistant General Counsel, Product Liability & Litigation at VOLKSWAGEN Group of America, Inc.
With immigration rules changing at hyperspeed, staying informed is officially a full-time job. Join Cozen O'Connor for an informative CLE presentation where we will walk you through what changed, what’s next, and what it all means for in-house counsel and employers — with clear guidance and just enough humor to keep things sane.

Understanding the complexity of international contracting is increasingly essential for in house legal teams supporting global operations. Differences between US, UK and European contracting approaches can create friction, uncertainty and hidden risks.
Join Eversheds Sutherland and ACC Philadelphia for an interactive session over lunch to break down those differences and provide practical guidance on how to navigate them confidently and effectively.
Jenny Lambert (US) and Ed Tompkin-Haag (UK) bring deep experience advising international businesses on cross‑border commercial contracting. Collectively, they have worked with clients across multiple sectors to align contract structures, mitigate jurisdictional risks and streamline negotiations across borders.
Drawing on their hands‑on experience, they will lead a collaborative, in‑person program designed to demystify the realities of contracting internationally and equip legal leaders with practical frameworks for managing multi‑jurisdictional agreements.
The session will explore:
the key differences, pressure points and legal friction areas between US, UK and European contracting norms; and
the most critical issues to watch for when negotiating and drafting cross‑border commercial contracts.
