Join Epstein Becker & Green and ACC Northeast for lunch and a discussion about whistleblower and retaliation claims.  Facilitated by Epstein Becker & Green's, Elizabeth J. McEvoy, topics will include:

  • Trends relating to the recent rise in claims;
  • Explaining what is considered protected activity;
  • Changes we can expect with the new Administration;
  • Best practices to minimize your company's risk.

By the end of this session, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of retaliation and whistleblower claims and how to best protect their company. Chatham House Rules will govern the discussion, and CLE credit will be offered.

Attendance is limited to ensure a good discussion, so sign up early to guarantee a spot.

We explore the most important and relevant cases, including recent cases on contracts, corporate law, fraud and other topics as well as some inside baseball about the court itself and what is going on at the corner of Kent and Wellington.

In today’s rapidly changing Government Contracting environment, it is crucial for contractors to understand the immediate actions they can take to protect their interests in the event work is stopped, changed, or terminated.  Panelists from HKA’s Government Contracting practice will discuss what they are seeing in today’s Government contracting environment and review immediate actions contractors can take to help maximize cost recovery and protect their interests in the event of a work stoppage, change order, or contract termination.

Following the Roundtable, there will be ample time to enjoy the fantastic food and drink at Nostos and socialize with your peers facing similar issues. Sponsors may send two representatives, except Diamond, which may send three.
