As younger generations enter the workforce and older individuals opt to work longer, today’s workforce presents unique challenges to employers.  This is especially so when it comes to recruitment and retention, and the related impacts on worker productivity.  The challenge is addressing the needs of generationally diverse employees who often want very different things from their careers, and have different expectations for pay, benefits, and work-life balance.  Join the attorneys from Fisher Phillips in learning more about the issues surrounding the recruitment and retention of Generation Z employees while retaining a productive workforce of Baby Boomers, Generation Xers and Millennials.  The Fisher Phillips team will also discuss how this dynamic is playing out in law firms and in-house legal departments and what you can do to effectively address these unique challenges.
