While attendees will receive an important reminder of the definition of sexual harassment, the presentation will cover harassment and discrimination more broadly. Using hypothetical fact patterns, Suzanne and Katy will lead a discussion about discrimination / harassment in the legal industry on the basis of various protected characteristics--including gender identity, gender expression, race, and mental health-and occurring in a variety of contexts.
