Most organizations inevitably engage with a public entity throughout the course of business. During this CLE presentation, GrayRobinson attorneys Scott Cole and Candace Brascomb will outline best practices to help navigate challenges you will likely face during your engagement. Scott and Candace will address how to:

  • Operate within Florida's Sunshine Law.
  • Avoid becoming an "accidental government contractor," and what to do if you become one.
  • Navigate intellectual property rights in sponsored research agreements.
  • Understand and deal with public sector culture.
