Ann Jordan joined the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in 2017 as the organization’s General Counsel and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. After serving in an interim capacity during 2020, she was appointed
CEO of ASQ in January 2021.
Founded in 1946, ASQ is the world’s leading organization for quality professionals with over 60,000 members
spanning more than 130 countries. During 2020 and 2021, Jordan led ASQ through a historic transformation that resulted in the creation of a new trade association, ASQExcellence, and the launch of an innovative, integrated
commercial system focused on sustainability. Her past responsibilities included advanced work in governance, risk management, and tax structuring. She is an advocate of inclusivity and positive work culture.
Jordan is a fifth-generation attorney. Prior to joining ASQ, she worked in private practice for five years and held in-house roles with Brady Corporation and Assurant, Inc.

The Legal Services of Eastern Missouri’s Microenterprise Program helps small businesses and nonprofits with legal support. Each month, they partner with the St. Louis County Library system to answer legal questions about what these founders need to do to launch and grow.
Volunteer attorneys meet virtually for one-on-one sessions with attendees to help spot issues and opportunities. These virtual office hours connect attendees with attorneys via Zoom breakout rooms. These sessions are held from 6-8 pm the second Tuesday of every month. Volunteers are welcome to cover for any length they can, from 30 minutes up to the full 2 hours – virtual sessions make it easy to log on when you can!
Event information: 6-8 pm via zoom in 30-minute spots
Volunteers needed: 4 volunteers per 30-minute spot is our target in order to help 16 total attendees
