We have one more ACC MN CLE program for you this year!

On Friday, December 5, enjoy lunch and peer networking, too, at the new Chi-Chi's (formerly Rojo Mexican Grill) in the St. Louis Park West End.

Navigating Parallel Government Investigations: A Guide for Corporate Counsel is a timely CLE program designed to equip in-house legal professionals with strategies and insights for responding to simultaneous investigations by multiple government entities. As corporations increasingly find themselves the focus of overlapping inquiries—from state Attorneys General in different jurisdictions, federal agencies such as the SEC and DOJ, and various civil and regulatory authorities—it is crucial to understand how to coordinate responses and develop cohesive legal strategies. This session will address emerging trends in government enforcement actions, highlight why early involvement of experienced counsel is essential, and explain how even initial demands may signal broader scrutiny. Participants will gain practical guidance for managing complex parallel investigations while minimizing risk and disruption for their organizations.
