This 1-Hour CLE explores viable and practical applications of Generative AI in the legal field. During the session, attendees will explore baseline definitions, viable use cases in legal services, and participate in hands-on exercises to demonstrate the use of GenAI in disputes and investigations.  Hands-on exercises will help participants consider various use cases, such as how GenAI can be used for compliance reviews, document classification for privilege or relevance and identifying personal information in the wake of a breach.  We will also discuss how GenAI aligns with ethical obligations, the potential hazards and mitigating measures when using GenAI.
