The EEOC's current Strategic Enforcement Plan prioritizes protecting vulnerable groups, including individuals with mental health-related disabilities. This initiative, along with rising adult mental health diagnoses, demands that in-house counsel and other company leaders handle related accommodation requests effectively. Blair Harrington, Taft Employment Partner, will examine the relevant legal framework and provide practical tips for handling these requests.
