Our roundtables have no formal agenda! Agenda topics for the discussion are determined by the participants of the roundtable. Bring your recommendations, questions and challenges to a table of in-house counsel, and gain valuable feedback and solutions from your peers.

These small group discussions are private, candid, and designed to provide peer support - by in-house, for in-house.

Sunday, August 31st 

Check out or stay an extra day.  You will have the option to extend your stay at the Grand Californian, but you'll need to book your extra night stay via the link sent via email.   

Details:

Registration price of $850 includes a full day of CLEs, World of Color Experience, and two hotel nights (8/29/25-8/30/25) at the Grand California Resort at Disneyland.  Note that the hotel price does NOT include tax and fees assessed by the Hotel.  Room upgrades and extended stays are available at your own additional expense.  Reservations are first-come, first-served and fully refundable until June 5th, after which there is a 50% non-refundable fee. If you cancel after July 4th, there will be no refunds.  If you know someone or if we are able to find someone to take your reservation, we will refund your registration price, assuming the ACC California Chapters are not assessed any fees for the transfer or cancellation. 

Park tickets are not included in the registration price. After registering, you will receive an email with a link to buy discounted park tickets or reserve extra hotel nights.

Single-day Friday CLE ONLY tickets may be available in July, pending availability.

Maintaining productivity and morale in today’s workforce has become even more challenging. It continues to be imperative that employers not only create and maintain documentation regarding employee performance, but effectivedocumentation. Our presenters will discuss the art and law when it comes to effectively engaging in performance management for employees, including:

  • The need for effective documentation – the goals of performance-related documentation
  • The dangers of ineffective performance documentation
  • How to create effective evaluation programs and documentation – the “TIE” principle
  • Effectively training the evaluators
  • Benchmarking performance management tools and strategies in 2025

After the CLE presentation, enjoy great views, appetizers, and drinks as you reconnect with colleagues.

This 1-Hour CLE explores viable and practical applications of Generative AI in the legal field. During the session, attendees will explore baseline definitions, viable use cases in legal services, and participate in hands-on exercises to demonstrate the use of GenAI in disputes and investigations.  Hands-on exercises will help participants consider various use cases, such as how GenAI can be used for compliance reviews, document classification for privilege or relevance and identifying personal information in the wake of a breach.  We will also discuss how GenAI aligns with ethical obligations, the potential hazards and mitigating measures when using GenAI.
