She is an Inaugural Member Of The 50 Women To Watch In North America For Public Company Board Service.
• Peter Steckelman, leads Tennis Channel’s Business & Legal Affairs team as its Senior Vice President. Prior to Tennis Channel, Peter served in similar capacities in the general entertainment and consumer products industries. Peter currently serves on the Board of Directors of Phoenix House California as well as on ACC SoCal’s Board of Directors. Power to the IP Holder: Using “Schedule A” Litigation and Other Enforcement Tools to Stop Foreign Infringers

Many successful U.S. consumer product companies are seeing increasing foreign sellers on online marketplaces selling counterfeit or infringing products to U.S. customers.  Our presenters will discuss various measures and actions that can be taken to enforce intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, design patents, and utility patents) against foreign sellers, including “Schedule A” litigation, other district court litigation, ITC actions, and the online marketplaces’ enforcement portals.
