The interagency Procurement Collusion Strike Force (PCSF) is targeting collusion amongst federal and state government contractors, with the potential for jail time and large fines, as well as debarment for both individuals and companies involved.

Led by the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, the PCSF has already obtained multiple guilty pleas and keeps expanding its team of partner agencies, anticipating multiple investigations for years to come.  The Antitrust Division alone brought 25 criminal cases against 29 individual and 14 corporate defendants last year, and has 146 open grand jury investigations — the most in 30 years.

This program will help you:

·       Understand bid rigging/collusion issues,

·       Identify potential or ongoing issues within your company, and

·       Implement best practices for your company to mitigate that risk.

Presented by Lee Van Voorhis, Antitrust Partner and Josh Funderburke, Associate at Womble Bond Dickinson and Keith Coleman, Attorney Manager at Accenture Federal Services.
