ACC Western PennsylvaniaNo industry is exempt from complex cyber-attacks and, in fact, most are under increasing regulatory scrutiny with regard to cyber-related issues. In this session, we will discuss the evolution of cyber-attacks and their related legal consequences, including key areas of risk, the expansion of cyber-liability, loss prevention strategies, and options to aid in minimizing liability and reduce risk. The presentation forum provides opportunities for participants to ask specific questions related to their industry and have access to knowledgeable and experienced professionals that will share real-time experiences and solutions to assist companies in mitigating risk and understanding the ever-evolving cyber liability concerns.
