"Navigating the SEC’s New Cybersecurity Rules" Presented by Hogan Lovells
Are you ready for the new SEC cybersecurity rules that took effect at the end of last year? While cybersecurity has been an area of focus for the SEC for a number of years, the new rules raise many complex issues for public companies. Our cross-disciplinary panel of private and in-house counsel will provide practical guidance to help your company best position itself to comply with the new rules and minimize enforcement risk.
