This program is designed to educate attendees unfamiliar with government contracts on recognizing common government contracting compliance issues and how compliance failures may result in organizational liability. Government contracts incorporate a myriad of legal practice areas, including employment, intellectual property, international law, ethics and accounting, to name but a few.
