This subordination clause indicates that this Lease is subject and subordinate to any mortgage or deed of trust which may now exist or be placed upon the property. It also includes the timelines and procedures for the Tenant and Landlord, if any mortgage or deed of trust is foreclosed, or a conveyance in lieu of foreclosure is made.
This mortgage clause indicates Tenant’s acknowledgement that this Lease is subject and subordinate to any first lien mortgage or deed of trust and to all renewals, modifications, consolidations, replacements and extensions thereof.
