This sample includes four real estate lease provisions. The first provision addresses the initial rent abatement period. The second provision grants the Landlord “Excused Delays” if the landlord makes proper and complete application for the Landlord’s Improvements Permits and exercises best efforts to obtain such permits and approvals.
