This ESG resolutions summary describes how, since their last update in September 2020, ten additional ASX200 entities have faces requisitioned resolutions on environmental, social and governances (ESG) issues at their AGMs.

In general, while the number of the entities that have been requisitioned has increased the level of shareholder support has decreased. Furthermore, their overall conclusions have detailed that the increasing number of ESG resolutions in 2020 demonstrated that activities are continuing to make full use of their ability to requisition shareholder resolutions, particularly as the number of requisitioned topics have broadened beyond climate change.
