WEBINAR: 2025 CLO Survey Results Discussion | Wednesday, February 12, 2025 | 12PM EST

In its 26th consecutive year, ACC's Chief Legal Officers Survey seeks to provide the legal community with insights into the evolving role of the CLO and how legal departments are positioning themselves to help organisations effectively adapt to a demanding business environment.

ACC Australia is pleased to support the production of this supplemental report, which shares the results from 58 CLOs based in Australia, highlighting the unique challenges and opportunities they face.

While the survey results indicate that Australian CLOs have similarities with their global counterparts regarding operational efficiency and the growing significance of data security, the report highlights several areas of difference, including on strategic influence, regulatory challenges, and legal technology priorities.

Alongside the global report, we hope that this supplement provides valuable information to help CLOs in Australia navigate the complexities of the modern business environment and lead their organisations to success.
