Before that, he led SolarCity’s (Nasdaq: SCTY, acquired by Tesla 2016) legal, compliance, and risk management groups (75 professionals total) for 8-plus years, including during its 2012 IPO. Seth joined SolarCity when it had 200 employees, and when he left, it had over 12,000 employees.
