Social networking sites have exploded in recent years and with a global audience of almost 575 million, chances are corporations and lawyers will have to address these sites in both corporate policies and litigation. However, limited case law in the civil arena exists regarding these potential evidence gold mines. Can corporations govern these sites in a similar manner to e-mail and other technology?
