
What do you do to maintain wellness/good mental health/balance in your life?
I find keeping the balance to be an ongoing challenge as life ebbs and flows and swirls around. The crucial elements for me are getting enough exercise and quality sleep, keeping in touch with friends and family, regularly immersing myself in nature and sunshine, and making sure to get in enough alcohol free days..! Investing in a watch which monitors my sleep, heart rate and exercise was a game changer.
